Julian set up Snowflake Creative in 2002 bringing a wealth of experience gained in the Insurance Industry to the world of website design and development. Having worked in Director level positions for a number of years Julian felt it was time for a new challenge and, with a love of IT, decided to focus on delivering great websites that deliver real commercial value for clients.
The learning curve was steep, but Julian's natural aptitude for technology, coupled with his great design eye has seen Snowflake grow from strength to strength. In 2006 he added a graphic design arm to the company and the team grew in strength year on year.
Julian is passionate about treating customers as individuals – the name Snowflake was inspired by this belief – "because everyone's different". His philosophy is based on creating something unique for every client that specifically meets their individual brief and delivers a solution to their business challenge. Julian is proud to be supported by a highly skilled and motivated team who deliver outstanding work every day.
To relax Julian enjoys spending time with his family, sports (although mainly from the sidelines) and skiing.
