From 23 January 2012 our new home is at Old Hatchwarren Farm in Basingstoke. Working from a converted farm house our surroundings offer a peaceful and creative environment. This is Snowflake Creative's third move, moving into bigger and better premises every time. Since we started out in 2002 lots of things have changed but our passion and drive to deliver creative, modern solutions hasn't.

Our relationship with you is vital. Whether you dislike techno speak or want to know the fine details of how we undertake your project, we can speak your language. We take the time to understand your requirements and more importantly, what you want to get out of your website and/or brand. You may have some ideas or prefer to leave the creativity in our hands - no matter how you want to work, Snowflake Creative can serve your needs. Once we are both clear on what has to be achieved, the creative process can start.
We get our creative heads together and bring ideas to life. Taking all of your requirements on board, we design something suitable for your target market and industry by using our creative spark to make something unique. After our concepts are complete, we discuss with you and keep working together until perfect. Every client is different to us and every design we do is started with a blank canvas and worked up from scratch. We make sure every project looks different and have no 'same-style' work.
Once your design is final we will send you print ready artwork or if a website, begin the development. How a website is developed will affect where it is placed in search engine results. We spend a large amount of time researching best practices and develop every website to be accessible, search engine friendly and work across all major browsers and smart devices such as the iPhone. We have developed our own content management system and have experience in all major open source PHP platforms such as WordPress.
Now your project is delivered you can sit back and relax, right? Sorry, no. Getting a beautiful website live is often easier than making it work and generate income. So, we don't walk away and leave you to struggle, but provide on-going support to make your investment work harder. From online marketing such as search engine optimisation campaigns, e-mail marketing and pay per click advertising (Google Adwords) to making updates, we have the expertise to make your business more successful online.
